Heut' Mittag beim Inder gab's eine Art Freßscleuder - acht oder neu Gerichte in kleinen Portionen, für zwei. Es war ausgezeichnet, und ich habe mich gepflegt überfressen. Deshalb gibt es heute Abend nichts.

Ich hatte mir schnell eine Handvoll Spinatblätter abgezupft, und diese eben gerade leicht gedämpft, zusammen mit Salz und ein paar nachlässig abgeschnittenen Knoblauchspänen. Das Ganze mit einem Teil abgetropften Vollmilchjoghurt (Schrozberger - der weltbeste) und zwei Teilen nicht abgetropftem vermischt. Kommt mit zur Arbeit und wird mit Roggenvollkornbrot verspeist.
