@Gruenekatze: verstehe, klingt nach einer schwierigen Situation. Und ich halte es eigentlich auch für etwas bedenklich, wenn sozusagen die „Betroffenen“ ein Coaching machen, damit sie durchhalten und nicht das „Problemkind“.. 😉
